Delivery
Delivery Rates - Are determined by the products bought and the destination
for delivery.
UK mainland deliveries (as defined by our courier) are £4.99 P&P per order.
BFPO (British Forces Posted Overseas) are FREE of charge.
For all other locations we will contact you with a delivery quote, and will not charge
for goods or despatch without your prior approval.
Packaging - All mail order goods are packed in strong, approved outers
and sent via carriers with adequate insurance, all goods have to be signed for
at recipients address, goods will not be left unless instructed without a signature,
a card will be left if no one is in, It is then up to the recipient to contact
the carrier to arrange a convenient date for delivery.
Carriers - Will try to deliver on up to 3 occasions if unsuccessful
after this goods will be returned to us. We can offer 24hours and 48hours at
an extra cost. Please make sure all
addresses are given in full and are accurate and include postcode - also recipients
telephone number - Inaccurate details result in delays in delivery items and
may incur extra charges to yourself.
Bulk Deliveries - May be delivered at special rates and on some occasions
can be delivered by our own transport.
Overseas Delivery - We recommend you contact us regarding restrictions
and cost.
Collections - Orders may be ordered and collected from the store.
Christmas Orders - To be certain your Christmas gifts arrive before
Christmas your orders should reach us by 18th December to receive in time for Christmas. However, even after the 18th we will send orders over the value £25 on a next-day delivery service - so you can still get orders in time for Christmas.
VAT/Local Taxes & Duties - VAT is added where applicable to all
products Taxes etc are the responsibility of the recipient in the Country of
Destination.

Reservation of Goods - All goods remain our property
until paid for in full.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit our products are insured
and we will replace the damaged contents or gift, providing the following are
adhered to: A. The goods are signed for upon receipt as either damaged or unexamined.
B. The carrier and ourselves are informed in writing within 3 days of delivery
quoting reference number of parcel. C.Damaged goods must be retained for inspection
and it may be required that the goods be returned to us before replacing or
refunding. Our liability is limited to the selling price of the goods only.
In the case of goods which are deemed to be faulty, these should be returned
within a reasonable time period detailing the nature of complaint, the date
of purchase and the care given to the product. Once a fault has been confirmed
we will refund or exchange the goods as you require, subject to availability.
If any of our items do not meet your satisfaction, then please return them
to us in perfect condition in the packaging in which they were despatched within
28 days of receipt of the goods. We will refund or exchange the goods, as you
require, less the return postage.
Returns must be sent recorded delivery and a recipients signature obtained.
We cannot accept liability for any goods posted by customers.
Refunds will be made via the method of payment ie credit card or cheque etc.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
